Debt recovery - fees and charges

When legal proceedings against a debtor are necessary for debt recovery, an advance will be required to cover the initial legal costs and fees.

All costs and legal fees will be for the account and charged to the principal.

Apart from legal fees, the other fees and/or charges that may have to be paid, concern:

  • excerpts from the Trade Registry of the Chamber of Commerce
  • excerpts from the Land Registry
  • certificates of residence
  • investigation of debtor’s means/financial situation.
