Cecile van den Heuvel followed the LL.M program at Tilburg University in September 2010. She studied Dutch Law and specialized in civil law.

Furthermore, she studied at the Sciences Po University in Paris (L’Institut d’études politique de Paris), focusing on European law and international contract law, and then worked as an intern at another law firm in Amsterdam and at a law firm in Curaçao.

After completing her master’s degree, Cecile has joined Blenheim in 2011.

Cecile’s legal practice focuses mainly on contract law and civil litigation.

Cecile speaks Dutch and English fluently. She also has a working knowledge of French and German.
