Bob te Dorsthorst studied Dutch Law and graduated from Utrecht University in 2007.
After his graduation, Bob gained more than three years experience, working in a general commercial law practice.
Recently, he completed the post graduate Grotius corporate law programme.

Bob works in Blenheim’s general commercial law practice, concentrating on corporate litigation.

Bob advises and litigates concerning a number of legal matters, among which:

  • corporate law
  • managing directors
  • shareholders disputes
  • shareholders agreements
  • general Dutch contract law.

Bob te Dorsthorst is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association (Vereniging Corporate Litigation) and various other Dutch associations of legal professionals.
Bob speaks Dutch and English fluently, and has working knowledge of the French language.
