In 1988 Mark obtained the Master of Law degree at the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield college, subject group Commercial and Corporate Law.
Mark also obtained a postgraduate degree in (legal matters concerning) real estate from the Grotius Academy in The Netherlands.
