Eva is specialized in Dutch labour and employment law, the last 10 years with special focus on advising and litigating in the areas of:

  • reviewing, drafting, negotiating and administrating employment agreements
  • developing and implementing employee stock option and alternative incentive plans
  • wrongful termination and discharge litigation
  • incapacity for work and compensation claims
  • redundancies and reorganization programs
  • negotiating with trade unions and works councils
  • mergers and acquisitions, business transfers and reorganizations
  • conducting pre-merger due diligence, coordinating (national and cross-border) restructuring and relocating of employees, and harmonizing post-merger and acquisition employment issues
  • insuring compliance for cross-border personnel databases.

Eva successfully completed a number of post graduate programs in Dutch employment law from the Grotius Academy of the University of Nijmegen and the VU Law Academy of the Free University of Amsterdam.

Eva is a member of a number of professional associations of employment lawyers in The Netherlands and abroad, and she has written a range of articles, given interviews and contributed to a number of publications concerning labour and employment law in The Netherlands.
