Jeroen Latour is considered by many in the legal arena to be a leading corporate lawyer, and is known for his drive, commitment and his creative and solid legal work.
He represents some of the larger international companies in The Netherlands, as well as institutional investors from the United States, Germany, and other countries.
Jeroen’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, and a diverse docket of real estate, Dutch (and European) competition law and commercial law matters.
Jeroen Latour has litigated numerous contract actions, insolvency and adversary matters, and his clients have included outstanding (industrial) companies, banks, foreign states and others.
Furthermore, Jeroen advises on cartel agreements, abuse of dominant positions, state aid and market regulation, and represents his clients in issues with the the Dutch Competition Authority (NMa).
Jeroen speaks English, German and Dutch fluently, and has a working knowledge of the French language.
