Prior to joining Blenheim as a Dutch solicitor in Amsterdam, Wijnand gained practical experience working for another Netherlands firm of solicitors, and has learned that, when it comes to solving problems, shoving paper around is not always the best option.

Wijnand is an outstanding communicator and negotiator, both in court as well as out-of-court, and is strongly committed to high-quality outcome for his clients.

As solicitor Wijnand has gained experience in representing investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties.
