Multiple hospitality entities sold to De Horeca Groep Holding

In this deal, the following entities were sold by Horeca Groep Leiden:

• Horeca Exploitatie Maatschappij City Hall
• Catering Operating Company Van der Werff
• Singel Horeca
• VLNW

In this acquisition, 100% of the shares were acquired. The acquired operators are operators of several catering establishments.
