Blenheim advises Daro Holding with acquisition Dutch subsidiaries of German Lethe Group

Blenheim has successfully advised Daro Holding with the acquisition of the Dutch subsidiaries of Germany’s Lethe Group. The Dutch branch will continue under the new name Nieuwburg. Arjen Paardekooper, Olivier Bergh and Dirk de Waard assisted the buyer in this deal.

Helmut Sinon from CEO to owner

The entire Dutch group of companies has been transferred to the new owner Daro Holding, which is wholly owned by Mr Helmut Sinon. Helmut Sinon has been the CEO of Lethe’s Dutch operations for many years and has now seized the opportunity to take over the entire share package of Lethe’s former Dutch companies, which in future will no longer bear the name ‘Lethe’ but the name ‘Nieuwburg’.

Nieuwburg: expanding and strengthening expertise in the insulation industry

Nieuwburg announced in a press release that ‘In the future, the Lethe GmbH group will focus its activities in the Netherlands on interior construction and upcoming marine projects. While Nieuwburg will further expand and strengthen its expertise in the insulation sector.

The two groups will continue to work closely together in the future, combining their expertise and different areas of focus to offer strong and innovative solutions. These moves will allow us to bet on our growth, innovation and commitment to the future.’
