Category: Corporate law

Blenheim is proud to announce that Dirk de Waard has joined its corporate law practice group as a Managing Associate with effect from 3 April 2023. In this role, he will be responsible for further expanding the practice and managing the corporate law team.

Before joining Blenheim, Dirk worked at the Amsterdam-based Viotta Advocaten, where he mainly advised medium-sized and large companies, which fits seamlessly with Blenheim’s corporate law practice.

A corporate law specialist

Dirk is an experienced lawyer specialising in all aspects of corporate law. At Blenheim, Dirk’s main focus will be on assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, and on further expanding Blenheim’s M&A practice. Dirk advises entrepreneurs and SMEs, as well as investors, scale-ups and start-ups.

Dirk’s entrepreneurial nature makes him a perfect match for Blenheim. His extracurricular activities (former board member of the Anglo-Dutch Exchange board and chairman of the board of the Amsterdam Young Bar Association) are also a good fit.
