Blenheim is proud to have advised its client Bob Eco Limited (Bob Eco) and assisted with its conclusion of a US$100 million private coin offering to the $3.4 billion New York-based private alternative investment group Global Emerging Markets (GEM), who was advised by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Expanding fleet of affordable, high quality electric motorcycles, e-tuktuks, and e-bicycles
Bob Eco will use the capital injection flowing from this transaction to expand its fleet of affordable, high quality electric motorcycles, e-tuktuks, and e-bicycles and to make them available throughout even more cities globally, furthering its mission to help to bring the world’s emerging markets towards a carbon neutral future. It will also allow the company to invest in marketing activities, as well the roll-out of its cryptocurrency platform activities. According to Bob Eco’s chief executive officer Bob Ultee, this investment will help Bob Eco to get even closer to the company’s goal of creating a future in which transportation is both economical and free of carbon emissions.
