Dylan is a South African lawyer practising (international) commercial law in the Netherlands. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, who has been practising in the Netherlands since 2019. Through Dylan’s knowledge of both Dutch law and South African, he is well positioned to assist clients with cross-border matters, especially those with an African element.
Dylan is a member of Blenheim’s International Team, comprising foreign associates admitted in Germany, South Africa and Australia.
Dylan assists clients with the establishment of Dutch corporate structures, advises on, drafts and negotiates international commercial contracts, works on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and advises on and represents clients in international commercial arbitration.
