He has his own experience as an entrepreneur and was a member of a supervisory board for a GGZ institution.

Kai has registered corporate law as his main practice area and directors’ and officers’ liability, mergers and acquisitions, company law, and associations and foundations as sub-practice areas with the Dutch Bar Association. On the basis of this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points per calendar year in this main practice area, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
Kai is also a member of various professional associations directly related to his practice, namely: The German-Dutch Lawyers Association, American Counsel Association, Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats, and the Dutch-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
