About Lesley-Ann

Lesley-Ann studied at Leiden University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law, followed by a Master’s degree in Employment Law. After graduating in 2020, she gained broad legal experience first as a legal counsel and subsequently as an attorney within the civil law practice, with a particular focus on employment law. Within our Employment Law team, she is now fully dedicated to this dynamic area of law.

Employment law requires up-to-date knowledge, a practical mindset, and a keen understanding of the interests of all parties involved. Lesley-Ann takes a pragmatic approach and places great value on building strong relationships with her clients. By listening carefully, communicating clearly, and gaining a thorough understanding of her clients’ businesses and specific circumstances, she delivers solutions that are both legally sound and practically effective. When litigation is necessary, she is committed to representing her clients’ interests with determination and conviction.

To further deepen her expertise, Lesley-Ann is currently enrolled in the Grotius Specialisation Programme in Employment Law. This enables her to stay abreast of the latest developments in employment law and provide her clients with expert, up-to-date advice.
