Martyn mainly focuses on corporate and real estate law. He also advises and litigates on VvE (owners association), real estate, transactional and liability matters.
Partly due to his experience with VvE matters, Martyn has a strong interest in real estate law, but is also very much at home in dealing with corporate law matters.
Before joining Blenheim, Martyn worked as a corporate lawyer in Sint Maarten where he was involved in a number of high profile international transactions for large clients. In addition, Martyn gained extensive litigation experience in a broad and dynamic civil practice.
Martyn has registered 'General Practice' as his practice area with the Dutch Bar Association, and civil law as a sub-practice area. On the basis of this registration, he is obliged to earn ten training points per calendar year in this main practice area, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
