Olivier Bergh is a lawyer who specialises in corporate law.

Olivier advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, legal business structures, and financing and securities. Olivier also litigates in relation to commercial contracts and corporate law disputes.

Track record

Olivier studied law at the University of Amsterdam, where he received a Master’s degree in Private Law (majoring in Corporate Law). Olivier also studied in Norway at the University of Bergen. Outside of his studies, Olivier was active in his student association, and worked in the legal profession for several years, before undertaking internships at several law firms in Amsterdam. Olivier joined Blenheim in September 2020.
