Sascha has been a lawyer in Blenheim’s corporate law practice since April 2012. In addition to his broad corporate experience, Sascha is also very much involved in Bankruptcy matters and was previously and advisor in one of the biggest bankruptcy cases in the Netherlands.
Within Blenheim, Sascha mainly focuses on litigating and advising in the field of general contract and corporate law.
Furthermore, Sascha regularly draws up contracts and general terms and conditions for his clients. Thanks to his experience in bankruptcy law, he is also the ideal person to assist clients with impending bankruptcy and restructuring issues. In addition, he has extensive experience in the collection of outstanding debts.
As well as being a Dutch citizen, Sascha also has Austrian nationality. He is a part of Blenheim’s German Desk and regularly acts for German companies. Being familiar with the culture and speaking the language not only ensures that he can optimally assist German-speaking clients, but also means that he can advise his Dutch clients on issues with German-speaking parties.
Sascha has registered Contract Law as his main practice area with the Dutch Bar Association, and Agency & Distribution as a sub-practice area. On the basis of this registration, he is obliged to earn ten training points in this main practice area per calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
In addition to Dutch and German, Sascha also speaks fluent English.
