- Advising national and international organizations on IT, AI and AVG compliance. Including with respect to health data, DSA, AI Act and Data Act.
- Support in negotiation and writing of agreements related to technology developments and joint ventures. For example, on secure sharing of (personal) data.
- Advice on development and implementation of new technologies and products (e.g. to the winner of the National Privacy Awards 2024).
- Litigation against, among others, Google, Meta and WordPress about the right to be forgotten, online reviews and online reputation. For clients at home and abroad.
- Acting against regulators such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority and the Dutch Media Authority.
- Speaker at various international conferences and universities, such as ITechLaw, Amsterdam Privacy Days, University of Groningen, Maastricht University, and Privacy Rules.
