Thomas Kriense graduated in 2012 from the University of Leiden, majoring in corporate and intellectual property law.
Track record

Since 2018, he has been working with Blenheim as a lawyer in the IP and Privacy Law practice. Since his graduation, Thomas has worked for various specialist IP law firms and for a legal organization dedicated to the protection of copyright holders in the digital market. Thomas has been involved in various proceedings against internet providers in which the scope and content of exclusive IP rights were weighed against competing privacy interests.

In a society in which digitization, bigdata and the handling of personal information and privacy are becoming increasingly important, Thomas focuses on copyright, trademark, design and trade name law, as well as privacy and ICT law.

At Blenheim, Thomas also deals with all Blockchain-related issues and closely follows legal and technical developments.
