SAFT's in the Netherlands

SAFT stands for Simple Agreement for Future Tokens.
Generally it is understood to be a contract between the developer and the investor. It can be useful when it is sold to investors as a security.
Why it is useful? Because it can ensure (potential) investors the delivery of a token.
