Adam Kiolle

Adam is an English speaking lawyer practising (international) commercial law in the Netherlands.

Adam heads Blenheim’s team of Foreign Associates (foreign-trained lawyers working in the firm’s international corporate and commercial practice).

Track Record

He is an Australian solicitor (admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland), who has been practising in the Netherlands since 2016. Adam’s knowledge of both Dutch law and Australian law/common law puts him in a unique position to assist clients with cross-border matters.

Adam’s advisory practice focuses on advising foreign clients on doing business in the Netherlands and helping Dutch companies to do business abroad.

As an English speaking lawyer in the Netherlands, he drafts, advises on and negotiates international commercial contracts, works on domestic and complex cross-border M&A transactions and advises on - and represents clients in international commercial arbitration.

Adam is a member of the International Bar Association and admitted as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

He is a native English speaker, but is also fluent in Dutch, German and French. Adam also has a working knowledge of Spanish.
