Javier joined Blenheim in October 2023, where he advises and litigates in the areas of zoning law, environmental law and general administrative law. This can include issues concerning nitrogen, building and environmental permits and enforcement of laws and regulations. He stands for a pragmatic approach, in which the goal and interests of his client are always central. In doing so, he recognizes the (major) challenges and risks that the current and future legal framework may present, but he will always look for the answer to the question: What is possible?
After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Javier completed internships at several law firms and worked for a large reputable law firm for over three years.
